"One thing I like-we never rest on our laurels at Fellowes. The bar is always
being raised, and we are always open to something new. I've held several
marketing positions with the company, most recently with our flagship, Bankers
Box®. Keeping it fresh, revitalizing the brand, is the goal of our entire team.
We've become even more dexterous and successful at building our brands through
a new process called 'Milestone Management.' It has caused us to move in
exciting new directions, to become more selective in the products we develop
and market and to incorporate consumer validation into all of our product
marketing initiatives."

"Working at Fellowes gives me an opportunity to take initiative and to lead key
projects. As a Project Manager, I direct key web initiatives that help the
company move forward by providing innovative solutions and quality service to
our valuable customers and consumers. Everyday I work with a talented group of
individuals who excel in what they do. Fellowes offers great opportunities for
an individual to demonstrate their skills and helps them to achieve their
career goals."

"Basically, my job is to manage computer-driven tech projects-anything from
installing phone systems to working on our massive ERP initiative. When we are
done, it will tie together all of our business systems. You could say that this
project reflects how Fellowes already operates on a daily basis-the integration
of functions throughout the company-no one function operating autonomously, off
in a corner by himself. I decided to join Fellowes because of the variety it
offered. When I interviewed at larger companies, I was concerned that I could
be shelved into doing only one thing, that my job could become boring and
monotonous. At Fellowes, all employees can take on extra projects that help
them develop professionally."

"Fellowes is one of those companies that is not intimidated by change. Instead,
it looks at change as an opportunity to improve, which explains why business
here is more dynamic than ever. We are frequently challenged to look at new
ways of doing things. For myself, I love being involved in the steps we are
taking to fuel world-class brand awareness. Last year, all employees were
introduced to Fellowes Forward, a philosophy that outlines the company's core
values-our vision, our mission, and the major strategies we need to adopt in
order to reach our goals. These new directions are in response to our
consumer-based research and are providing us with greater levels of innovation,
consistency, and quality."

"Being relatively new to Fellowes, there are several things that persuaded me
to join the company. First, I'm eager to play a role in helping to support and
bring about the changes that the company is pursuing. It's exciting to hear the
established mantra of moving Fellowes forward and see how the company is
gearing the operations around this direction. Second, I've seen that employees
have an opportunity to impact the business. I think I'm able to impact
something in the business every day through my behaviors. Third, I feel a
strong alignment with the culture. It's a well-established company, but not too
big. It's remarkable to see a family business where a fourth generation is
involved. I like that people can have a self-awareness around their strengths
and developmental needs and continue to grow professionally."
