Excellant product
As many may know, buying a low cost paper shredder always winds up being a bad investment. I would recommend buying the W11C for its Value,quality and its safety features.

The biggest piece of junk I've bought to complete my home office. Does Fellowes even check products before shipping them? Simply does not work. Only works in reverse and that's sporadic. I find it hard to believe that their QC department didn't 'fail' this unit before giving their stamp of approval on the assembly line.
Now I have to deal with the hassle of shipping back a 'brand new product' back.
Interestingly, I've read the Blogs on this same product and...what a surprise, other receipients have the same issue with this lemon.
So disappointed...and now I have no shredder.

For a small office/home office, this is an excellent chose. Even thought the instructions and the actual product was different, the operation is superb.
