Died all of a sudden (low usage) Mine just died on me. Not sure why. I rarely use my shredder. I am about to start working from home and was cleaning up and it just died. Lights turn on but when I put paper in I hear a slight motor tick and nothing happens at all. November 12, 2012
Don't Buy The problem is I did not use it right away. After about five times, jammed. Could not remove the paper. No easy way to pull out jammed paper. May 13, 2012
