disapointed Shred one paper and not able to continue with another one..reverse works well January 23, 2013
Bad This was a gift from my company . Sent to my house and didn't work at all ! Good thing it was a gift cause I'll just throw this junk out . Not worth sending back January 22, 2013
Unacceptable I purchased this as a replacement. I spent as much money for this one as I did for the original one and this one is half the size. I'm really disappointed in this tiny little thing. I hope it will hold up, but the price of shredders is rediculously high now and I find it useless. Guess I'll start burning everything and dump the shredder. I just got it and I don't know enough about it to rate it. I just know it's a disappointment compared to the one it is replacing. October 10, 2012
