Must be a bad batch I have used this model of mouse for years - I think this is number 4. I recommended this model to my colleagues. We have all been happy until the last 2 I purchased. One of them had a loose scroll button that was imprecise and unusable. The replacement mouse I just received has a bad click operation - it seems to be double-clicking randomly, and highlighting text for copy/paste does not work reliably - it's like the mouse is being operated by someone else. I adjusted the settings in the control panel to no avail. I came here looking for drivers and saw the other posts and thought I would add my experience. Fellowes, please fix this mouse (model 98905) as it is my go-to mouse. February 28, 2013
cannot select, poor clicking I'm having the same issue as the other user. Cannot select text. The mouse sometimes clicks twice when I did not. I've tried adjusting the settings with no improvement. Unfortunate as the design is great, but the functionality is very poor. I'll try calling the company to see what they can do for me. January 11, 2013
horrible clicks click, drag, release. Nope, only the cell you were last on is now selected. On average you have to keep selecting the same series of cells three times before you can release the left mouse button without your selection getting cleared. Click on a cell in Excel to select it; nope, it clicked all the way to inside the cell and now if you were trying to copy and paste you have to start again. I am wholly unsatisfied with this mouse as is click and double click performance is terrible. Yes, I did adjust the double click speed slider on the mouse driver and it is still making me do every task three times before it works. I can't believe how aggravating trying to use this mouse for work is. October 12, 2012
