Bankers Box Chocolate Sweepstakes Rules

REQUIREMENTS:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is open to US residents who are domiciled in the US and Canadian residents. Individual participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2008 and ends December 31, 2008. Winning entries will be selected on or about January 31, 2009 by Fellowes, Inc. (the "Sponsor"). Employees of the Sponsor or its affiliates and their families are not eligible. Entry must be postmarked no later than January 2, 2009 and received no later than January 15, 2009 to be eligible. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize, a 42" TV and Charlie and The Chocolate Factory DVD, is valued at up to $1000. The First Prize, a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory DVD is valued at up to $15. No prize substitution, cash substitution or assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All taxes are the responsibility of the winners.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
By entering the "Sweepstakes", participants agree (a) to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final; (b) where legal, to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising purposes without compensation; (c) to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 14 days of prize notification. Refusal to sign such release will disqualify a winner and an alternative winner will be selected. Participants can enter the sweepstakes by visiting www.bankersbox.com/chocolate, and providing requested information. Participants are solely responsible for timely submission and receipt of entries at the site specified in these official rules. The Sponsor or its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected submissions, for the failure of any software, hardware or email service or for any lost or delayed electronic transmissions. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in DuPage County, Illinois. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
