Laminator
I not only wanted to give the product a good review (we have only had it a short period, but it has done a great job thus far), but to give the company "kudos" also. Without going into a very long story, the company, Fellowes, went above and beyond to correct a situation, thereby making me a loyal customer. To me, it's not only about the product, although that is tremendously important, it's also about the company and whether they stand behind their products and take care of their customers ... and Fellowes did exactly that! They not only remedied the situation, they went above and beyond my expectations. Great product (laminator) ... GREAT company!!
