69CB Xcut Shredder
I like the safe operation features,caster wheelsand the style. You cannot put 11 A4 size papers..Only works on 10, A4s. I bought the machine yesterday. it has jammed 10, A4 size papers. Reverse function did not work to pull out the papers out. It has jammed. I had to pull one by one out to remove the jam. After that it has shredded ok. I found bit of shredded papers were hanging underneath the shredding mechanism though the sliding tray was empty..it's not dropping all the shredded paper to the bin automatically. Paid a lot for this machine but not functioning as a I expected after readings the past reviews. Hope this will not be a lemon in future use. Shredding mechanism should be in the middle of the pull out bin and it was not like that.Too expensive with problems.
