Very Nice Machine. This shredder is very good quality and it quiet in the office setting. Instructions were very well prepared. March 31, 2014
Great Shredder but... Heavy mechanics should be made in separate piece and boxed separately or inside refuse container. I ordered three of these and each came in damaged. Box is large and bulky. Packing is part of engineering the product. Needs to be resolved. January 20, 2014
