FELLOWES PUTS THE "SERVICE" IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Over a year ago, I purchased a Galaxy™ E 500 Electric Comb Binding Machine. When I recently started having problems with the machine, I called the Fellowes Customer Service Department expecting a lot of excuses instead of solutions. Boy, was I surprised! Very Pleasantly Surprised
Our previous binding machine was from a different manufacturer. It always worked, but when it broke, I shopped around for its replacement.
We found the Galaxy E500 and it looked sturdy enough to handle the kind of use our office would give it. It has far exceeded our expectations. On a comparable product, many of the parts were plastic. This machine is attractive, is easier to use than the "other" machine we had, looks nice and has the ability to remove the binding unit for efficiency to bind and punch at the same time.
We couldn't be happier!

We recently purchased this product to replace an out of date manual one. This one does allow the ease of not tearing your arm up to punch the holes.
