The only shredder you'll ever need I had a shredder from Staples just before this one, which lasted less than a year before it died. My dad has had a Fellowes shredder for quite some time now without any problems so I decided to go with a Fellowes. And the difference after the first shred was amazing. Quiet operation, shreds anything you feed it, and is stylish to boot. I also love the safety features it has and the auto-shutoff when it is close to overheating. You really need not look elsewhere for a shredder as Fellowes will have you covered. Highly recommended for any home or small office users! July 16, 2014
The Casters don't fit The shredder works fine and looks nice. I am unable to get the casters to fit into the bottom. Not sure why but very frustrated trying. June 19, 2014
Very poor design I purchased this shredder as an addition to one I already own because I had a lot of files to shred. It functions well, but does have a tendency to over heat quickly. Also the casters are not secure and I had to glue them on in order to keep them from falling off when I turned the machine over after installing casters. They should have been made to lock into position. May 18, 2014
