disappointed customer We have used this product for yrs and have always been satisifed. But recently we have had problems with the mousepad curling on the edges. It becomes unusable. We have tried to glue it down but it doesn't stay. Office Depot was kind enough to replace 1 pad in June and you replaced the other. Now 6 wks later I find myself calling again for the same problem. Your CSR's on each occasion stated they have never received complaints on this product so I am writing this review to make you aware of the problem. I also sent several reviews to Kelly in June from Office Depot website showing other people have had issues as far back as 2009 so this is not a new problem. Fellowes really needs to correct the problem so those of us who love the product are able to purchase it again. Thank you for your time. August 16, 2012
