Good product but.... overall this is a good product but I can't understand why it has hinges underneath like a drawer should've come with this. It would've been nice to have a drawer and the instructions say it is an option. I can not find anywhere how to order or get the optional drawer. February 11, 2013
Missing Parts I purchased two of these for work, but when I got them out of the box, one of them had NO legs (no segments to make the riser taller). I've used these in the past and am familiar with them, but was shocked to see that there were no legs with this one. To top off my disappointment, I tried calling the customer service line but apparently they don't offer support on Sundays. Really? How do you run a business and have zero support for customers on the weekends? December 30, 2012
