If Elea isn’t meeting your expectations, please give us a call at 800-537-1290 within 30-days of receipt. We’ll send you packaging and instructions to pack up Elea. You’ll then schedule with us when to remove Elea on your schedule.

After 60-days the purchase of Elea is non-refundable.
Should you decide to exchange your Elea, you can reach out to our Customer Support team by calling 1-800-537-1290 or emailing cservice@fellowes.com within your trial period to facilitate a return. We’ll arrange for your Elea to be picked up at a date and time that’s convenient for you — and help place a new order for your replacement Elea. Once the pickup of your original Elea has been confirmed, your account will be refunded in full for your initial purchase.
We’re sorry to hear you want to return your chair. For an Elea return after the 30-day trial, please call 1-800-537-1290 between 31 and 60-days of receipt to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return of Elea will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The Elea chair must be retuned via LTL (large truck) carrier. Please call Fellowes Customer Service to arrange for a pickup from one of our preferred carriers and the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund once the return is received and processed. If you choose not to use these services, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. To ensure proper credit, packages should be clearly marked with the RMA number prior to returning to Fellowes. If you return product without an RMA number, your shipment will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
We're sorry to hear that your Elea arrived in less than perfect condition. We'd like to resolve this issue right away with the help of our Quality Assurance team. They'll need to know a bit of information on your order as well as the issue you're experiencing with your Elea.

These investigations may take several days but Elea replacements will be processed as soon as possible. If we determine that you have misrepresented Elea’s condition and that Elea is not defective, Fellowes may impose a 20% handling fee.
Each customer is entitled to one trial period for Elea. If your Elea is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trials on subsequent orders Elea. If your Elea is returned completely unopened, however, a trial will still be available on your next purchase of Elea.

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Fellowes product, please contact Customer Support at 1-800-955-0959. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. If you discover your product is inoperable after first use, please call Customer Support at 1-800-955-0959 within 14 days of receipt. Customer Support will determine whether the product is defective and offer you the following options at our discretion depending on the type of product:
