" I would like to correct the negative comments that I made about the Fellowes Shredder that I purchased from Office Depot. The problem was that I spoke to a Rep. who obviously had no interest in the good name of the company. the greatest thing that i did was to write my comment because the people who really cares about the company wrote me back after reading the comment and were the nicest Supervisor that you could ever speak to. The company has apologized for my experience over and over and have made arrangements to send me a brand new shredder, plus and upgrade from what I originally had. I am so grateful that we still have a great company like Fellowes, who really do stand by their products. "
