Fellowes, Inc. (“Fellowes”) warrants to the original end user purchaser that the Fellowes business products
listed in the Warranty Schedule and purchased in Canada (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing
defects for the warranty durations specified in the Warranty Schedule from the date of purchase or date of
delivery (whichever occurs later). “Lifetime,” as used in the Warranty Schedule, means for as long as the
original end user purchaser owns the Product. In addition to the Product warranty, Fellowes also provides
protection for devices connected to Surge Protectors in the event the device is damaged due to a defect of
the Surge Protector; such coverage is limited to the amounts designated in the Warranty Schedule.
Please note: Bankers Box products and Supplies for Paper Shredders, Laminating, Binding, and Stapling are not
covered by this warranty. If you experience an issue with these products or supplies, please see if you qualify
for our satisfaction guarantee.
Because Fellowes cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies
only to Products that were purchased from a Fellowes authorized seller in Canada, unless otherwise
prohibited by law. Fellowes reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from
unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to
normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the Product, failure to follow Product instructions,
or negligence.

There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE
APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States do
not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,so the above limitation may not apply to you.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH HEREIN, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FELLOWES BE LIABLE FOR
ANY SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH
OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
