PROJECT BACKGROUND

Maersk, a global leader in logistics, recognised the need to modernise its headquarters in Rotterdam to better support a new, flexible, and task-oriented work culture. The existing office was outdated, characterised by traditional furnishings and separate spaces. To foster a more dynamic and efficient working environment, Maersk embarked on a comprehensive renovation project with key goals focused on:

Why Fellowes

Maersk chose Filex for their expertise in providing compact and efficient workspace solutions. A significant factor was the standard clamp of the Galaxy monitor arm, which allowed for easy mounting on Wini workstations with sliding tops. This compatibility was crucial for Maersk’s facility management and users, who needed a space-efficient solution for dual screens and power within a 140 cm wide workstation. Filex’s products also offered easy adjustments, accommodating larger screens or laptops as needed.
