" I have had a Fellows shredder since 1998 it just gave up up the ghost after years of service. I just replaced it with the 11c model, this unit is has more power and quiet. The ease of use is great! you have made it more compact and faster!! Im looking for this to last as many years as my last one its now 2021. durable as all get out!!!! "

" This is the second Fellowes shredder I have purchased, and I love both of them. This one is by far my favorite because I can shred more pages at one time, and it barely ever gets jammed. It took a moment to realize the credit cards have to be placed in a certain, specific spot in the center. But after I learned that, I have had no problems with it!!! "
