C-325Ci 100% Jam Proof Cross-Cut Shredder The jamproof is what sold me. It is the reason for my other shredders failing. This one is stylish, works well and runs quietly. September 6, 2011

bad quality purchase this one on January 2011. After few weeks it started having problems. Called manufacturer to arrange the repair couple times and took more than two months till all the problems fixed. Problems encountered: touch panel problem, won't stop after switch power on. Had 420cc model before this one. It worked for almost 10 years without any problem before the control board fail. June 8, 2011
