" ‘Does what it says on the Tin’ It is quieter and better than the previous one from another manufacturer. I also bought your lubricant veggie oil, which seems to work a treat, however, I think that it is a mistake to apply it from the top of the slot, as most of it runs around the inner casing and pools on the underside! I am sufficiently capable of applying it carefully to the exposed cutters when I empty the box, - after removing all the excess oil from the first session! Seriously though folks, I am very pleased with the shredder so far, only 2 weeks in! "

We would like to suggest shredding a couple sheets of paper after applying a thin line of oil across the entry and running the unit in forward and reverse, We hope this helps!
