Cons: none so far
" I was pleasantly surprised at the budget price of this product and when it arrived I put it through its paces and it has to date performed perfectly. Although appreciably smaller than its predecessor (which had worn out after no more than 2 years of periodic use) its reduced footprint is most welcome and the smaller bin does an adequate job. Looking forward to many years of uninterrupted service from this respected brand. "

" This shredder is smaller than previous ones I have owned but it is very efficient and much quieter. It seems very robust too. Hopefully will last much longer than its predecessor (different make) "

Pros: large box so fewer times needed to empty it.
" This is a replacement for my previous Fellowes shredder, which unfortunately died after 7years of use. I chose this brand again because the previous shredder was reliable and I was happy with it. This one is much superior, larger box, takes up to 8 sheets of paper and still takes staples etc. I have tried it out already and am well pleased. I highly recommend this product. "
