Orgatec 2026: four days exploring the future of work

ORGATEC is the international meeting place for everyone involved in redesigning work and project environments. Every two years, leading brands, experts and an international trade audience gather in Cologne. From Tuesday 27 to Friday 30 October 2026, Koelnmesse will be filled with architects, interior designers, dealers, workplace consultants and facility managers.

For the first time, ORGATEC will be centred around a single theme: "From Rooms to Relationships: Designing Spaces in an Ever-Changing World". The focus is on people and on how spaces are evolving from purely functional places into environments where people can truly connect. Digitalisation, hybrid working, sustainability and the growing need for collaboration are transforming how we understand and design spaces.

Under the theme ‘Redefining Workspaces’, we’ll be demonstrating in Hall 7 what a workplace built for change looks like. Not as individual products in a display case, but as a single, cohesive concept in which monitor arms, power supply and cable management reinforce one another both technically and visually.

Be well prepared for Cologne

From Tuesday 27 to Friday 30 October 2026 at the Koelnmesse in Cologne. The trade fair is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00.

For the first time, ORGATEC 2026 will focus on a single central theme: ‘From Rooms to Relationships: Designing Spaces in an Ever-Changing World’. It centres on people and spaces that can adapt to change. Fellowes aligns with this through its own theme, ‘Redefining Workspaces’.

At the Koelnmesse in Cologne. By train, it takes just a few minutes to reach the venue from Köln Messe/Deutz station. You can find the hall layout and all travel information at orgatec.com.
