PROJECT BACKGROUND

As part of a complete workplace refurbishment, Oliver Wyman wanted to redesign its offices to enhance both the employee experience and the way it welcomed clients and business partners.

The project required two distinct workspace environments:

  • Premium meeting and client spaces, where design, aesthetics and functionality needed to work seamlessly together.
  • Collaborative open-plan offices, designed around flexible working, shared desks and adaptable workstations.

The interior design was led by Parella, while Steelcase was responsible for the furniture solutions. To complete the workspace, Steelcase selected Fellowes Interiors to provide ergonomic monitor arms and integrated power solutions that complemented the overall workplace design.

WHY FELLOWES

The project demanded more than ergonomic accessories. Every solution needed to combine exceptional functionality with premium design while supporting the client's long-term workplace strategy.

For the premium spaces, Oliver Wyman required a monitor arm that would integrate beautifully into the interior while delivering effortless ergonomic adjustment.

For the open office areas, the priority was flexibility. The solution needed to be quick to install, easy to reconfigure and suitable for evolving workplace layouts, including shared workstations and collaborative environments.

Fellowes provided a complete workspace solution that combined award-winning design, ergonomic performance and practical installation benefits.

THE SOLUTIONS

Rising™ Monitor Arms

For the premium meeting rooms and client-facing spaces, Rising™ ID was selected for its combination of premium design, ergonomic performance and extensive customisation options.

Unlike conventional monitor arms, Rising™ ID is designed to become part of the workplace aesthetic. Its clean lines, concealed cable management and top-mount installation create a refined appearance while allowing for simple installation and effortless ergonomic adjustment. The ability to customise the finish in virtually any RAL colour, with optional logo branding, made Rising™ ID the ideal solution for a project where design was just as important as functionality.

Tallo™ Monitor Arms

For the open-plan workspaces, Oliver Wyman selected Tallo™ Single and Tallo™ Dual Compact monitor arms.

Their top-mount installation enables fast deployment without disrupting completed workstations, while the dynamic arm mechanism allows every user to achieve an ergonomic working position. Integrated slide rails on the dual monitor version make it simple to align dual screens and adapt workstations as requirements change.

The result is a flexible workspace that supports hybrid working and future office reconfigurations.

Power-Spot®

Power-Spot desk power modules were integrated into the desktops to provide convenient access to power and charging while maintaining a clean, uncluttered appearance.

The discreet design ensures technology is always within reach without compromising the premium look of the workspace.

DEVELOPED TO COMPLEMENT WORKSPACE DESIGN

One of the key objectives of the project was to create premium meeting spaces that would leave a lasting impression on clients and business partners. Every detail of the interior was carefully considered to deliver a cohesive, high-end environment.

To achieve this, our French team of experts worked closely with the project team to develop Rising™ ID in Steelcase's Burnished Bronze finish, perfectly matching the furniture specified throughout the premium meeting rooms. Rather than standing out as a standard workplace accessory, the monitor arm blended seamlessly into the overall interior concept, becoming an integrated design feature.

This level of customisation helped create meeting spaces with a sophisticated, architect-designed look and feel, demonstrating how ergonomic workplace technology can actively contribute to the overall workplace experience. The result is an environment where aesthetics, functionality and user comfort work together. Enhancing both the employee experience and the impression made on every external visitor.
